These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bellam.online (the "Site") and the purchase of any products or services offered by Bellam ("Bellam", "we", "us", or "our"). If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15. Entire Agreement; No Waiver
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bellam regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
